Server Outage

The site was inaccessible for a few hours today due to a widespread power failure at our web host. After moving each affected server to a new server rack, things seem to be back online. Sorry for the outage!

The server was down again today.. but now if i try to add a kill i get an errors saying
Error Deleting Prop Kill: DELETE command denied to user ‘gp_public’@'localhost’ for table ‘proposed_kill’

Yes. Sorry for the downtime earlier. We had an issue earlier this morning that messed with some of our database permissions. This should be fixed now. Thanks!
