I’m proud to finally announce the release of an Avatars United application that will allow you to add guild progress information to your Avatars United profile. What is Avatars United? It is basically Facebook for gamers:

Avatars United (AU) is a community for your virtual avatars. Register your avatar, upload your profile picture, write your biography and share some of your exploits in virtual worlds through pictures, videos and blogs.

You can learn more about their site and goals through this link. It is a really cool site and I encourage everyone to check it out!

If you do find yourself signing up and creating a profile, don’t forget to install the guildprogress.com application. It is available in WoW, EQ, and EQ2 flavors. You can find them in the applications directory. Using data from guildprogress.com, you can show off your guild’s recent PvE accomplishments on your profile page and provide a more in depth look on the application page. You may also configure the application to automatically post to your activity feed when your guild defeats new bosses or completes new achievements or also when your guild moves up in rank.
