Site Slowdowns FIXED

The site is getting hammered right now with traffic for some reason. It’s 4:30am EST on a Monday…

UPDATE: I think I isolated the problem and corrected it. I’ve also noticed a lot of guilds being manually queued up lately for crawling. While we’re currently crawling about 1000 guilds an hour, we can always go faster. If you want to help with that please check out http://crawler.guildprogress.com.
UPDATE 2: I am pausing the crawling for a short time while I make a few changes to fix the slowness.
UPDATE 3: I *think* most of the problems are now corrected.

The points awarded for the 10-man achievement 2xKnock on woods are too high. It is worth 7700 points instead of 700.

I think the reason is that the Armory hasn’t been updating everyone lately, so our guild progression isn’t updating either, which is causing people to keep refreshing to see if it’s updated yet.

i have been trying to get on your site for a few days now. but i get on homepage then when i click any button say “server” for example i getb error message saying cant find page or the page doesnt exist this ids the best ranking site i have found please help

This seems to be happening to a handful of people since we moved web hosts a while back. I will look into this more and try to have a solution by the end of the week.

Our guild has progressed much further than this site has listed and wonder why its taking weeks to update properly. The site is listing us as hardly done anything and with barely any members. I have not located a place to request investigation or live updates.
What exactly do we have to do to get the achievements for these raids. Because I was told by one person that to accomplish it the majority of your member must get the same achievement at the same time, and most of our members are experienced and from former raiding guilds so they aren’t likely to achieve these things again.

our guild killed the general in 25 man and everytime i que it up it comes back as we didn’t get general down yet and I was wondering why that is. We are on Malfurion and the guild is Spanish Inquisition
